On 10/11/2021, University of Engineering and Technology received the Confirmation Report of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, Cau Giay branch (abbr. BIDV), on sponsorship of educational scholarship, 2021-2022 school year. Here are the details of the scholarship program for regular university student, University of Engineering and Technology:

1. Eligibility and requirements:

Second-year, third-year and fourth-year students who meet all requirements below:

– Actively participated in activities organized by Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Vietnamese Students’ Association (referred by Union-Association), engaged in social and community activism, having difficult circumstances.

– GPA in 2021-2022 school year from 2.5 or above, training point from Good or above, QH-2021 students who get high scores in High School Graduation Examination.

– Not received or in the waiting period of any other scholarship in 2021-2022 school year.

2. Amount: 10.000.000đ/student/school year.

3. Quota: 5 students

4. Application requirements:

– A resume, with face photo attached (form)

– A grade report of 2020-2021 school year, with confirmation from the training faculty or admission notice.

– A confirmation of family circumstances, signed and marked by authority (original or certified copy) 

– A photocopy of these certificates: academic achievements, Class-Union-Association activities, scientific research,…

All applicants have to sort all documents in order, contained in a file folder (size 25cm x 34cm), fill out personal details (Application Documents for BIDV Scholarship, 2021-2022 school year, Full name, Date of Birth, Address, Faculty Name, School, Telephone Number, Email address, List of Documents) in front cover. Once sent, it can’t be returned.

5. Procedures and deadline for applying:

Due to COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing measures, it is highly recommended that all applicants for scholarship scan all application documents and use university email to send to the Department of Student Affairs, email address: hangtt@vnu.edu.vn. Application file contains: A PDF file which consists of all scanned documents sorted in order, with the file name is the full name of the student, an Excel file which listed all personal details.
